#petersburgalaska11/1 8:30 a.m. UPDATE: Road was reopened at 1:30 a.m. this morning, Nov. 1. DOT&PF Maintenance and our contractor are on scene clearing shoulders and ditches.
Original Post 10/31 at approx 6:30 p.m. #Petersburg: At approximately 5:20 p.m. 10/31 a large landslide covered MP 6 of the Mitkof Highway. DOT&PF maintenance is on scene, but removal work can not start until the slide area is stable. We will post more information as it become available. Stay safe out there Alaska. #PetersburgAlaska
