UPDATE 3/24/23 evening- Due to weather, convoy has haulted between Veterans Memorial and Cantwell. 180 vehicles are along the road and seeking a place to pull out. MP 99, 115, 147, 159.5 and 163 have been designated as potential pullouts. Veterans Memorial on the Parks Highway has a traffic collision. Please drive safely and check 511.alaska.gov for updates.
UPDATE 3/24/23- Convoy stopped 5 miles south of Veterans Memorial, 4 military vehicles slid off road.
This morning multiple convoys totaling 70 vehicles towing 25 trailers left JBER via the Glenn and Parks Highway northbound. Please drive with caution.
