This week, the City of Fairbanks was honored to welcome the U.S. Secretary of Veteran Affairs, Richard McDonough, along with fellow U.S. Veteran Affairs officials for a town hall meeting at City Hall.
Wednesday’s town hall meeting was a great opportunity for Alaskan veterans to voice their concerns regarding current V.A. services in our state and provide input on improvements. We are proud of the positive and constructive representation from those who attended and grateful for the respect and accountability shown by the full panel of V.A. officials.
We look forward to seeing the progress made based on these interactions.
