#SewardDowlingInterchange Notice anything different? All SEWARD HWY lanes are switched over to the NEW BRIDGE! In 17 weeks, crews removed, reconstructed the bridge and switched traffic back to the new bridge. Next up is building the DOWLING roundabout and temporary ramps.
