#SewardDowlingInterchange Here's your girders! The SEWARD HIGHWAY BRIDGE over DOWLING RD is expected to be completed with traffic off the detours and across the new bridge in October. Plan is to build the roundabout, open Dowling, and shut down for winter. Ramps next year.
