Farewell to Patsy Bernier who is retiring from the City of Fairbanks Finance Department!
Patsy Bernier began her career with the City of Fairbanks as an Accounting Specialist in April 2017. Since starting at the city, she's been responsible for processing payroll and benefit enrollments for staff. She prepared all union reports and payroll tax reporting forms. She served on the City’s Deferred Compensation committee and was instrumental in moving payroll to a paperless system.
Patsy led with enthusiasm an annual Easter egg hunt for all city employees. She is planning to expand her business, Northern Lights Delights, and travel with her husband who is also retiring.
