Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) Has Extended the Deadline

Electriccar

The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) has extended the deadline for its request for information for comments on electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging sites. AEA invites the public and interested EV fast-charging site(s) hosts to complete its EV Fast-Charging Sites Questionnaire https://bit.ly/3NNyP8g by June 27, 2022.

This ongoing effort is part of AEA’s implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. The program will develop EV charging infrastructure at appropriate locations throughout the state, including state highways, the marine highway system, and rural Alaska.

A draft of the Alaska EV Infrastructure Plan will be posted on AEA’s website in July 2022, for public comment and feedback.
