Hey #Fairbanks. Your friends at DOT&PF here. We’ve heard your concerns about the removal of the snow pile off the Johansson Expressway. We want you to prepare yourselves, because the same activities will happen over off Airport Way here soon too. Our maintenance crews are cleaning up the area in preparation for the season to change. We flatten the snow in this area so it can melt and clean-up the area every year, it just feels different this year because of the iconic #JohansenGlacier. But don’t worry, just like Olaf, the snow pile will be back again all too soon.
