• Fact Finding Commission – Must meet one of the following criteria: 1. Community member, 2. City resident, or 3. Experience in the field of law or judicial enforcement
• Fairbanks Diversity Council – Community member
• Finance Committee – Experience in finance, accounting, or management
• FNSB Planning Commission (City nominee) – City resident
• FNSB Commission on Historic Preservation (City nominee) – City resident and architect, if possible
